ENERGY - A boot camp style PERSONAL TRAINING class that utilizes core training techniques while keeping your heart rate up to get the most calorie burn in a short amount of time. Great for all levels of fitness!
FLEX - A YOGA style class that reinforces flexibility and strength using Yoga moves. This class not only relaxes the body but the mind as well. All fitness levels welcome.
BURN - This high energy CYCLING CLASS is designed to burn body fat and mega calories while increasing cardio endurance on state of the art spin bikes. Some classes will include core training. Beginner classes available.

Single class — $20.00
One month package consisting of 2 classes per week* — $120.00 ($15 per class)
One month package consisting of 3 classes per week* — $144.00 ($12 per class)
One month package consisting of 4 classes per week* — $160.00 ($10 per class)
